Why we started MapleFinIT
After two decades of leading IT modernization, cloud architecture, and legacy transformation across banks and insurers, our founder kept seeing the same broken pattern in technical hiring.
Recruiters who didn't understand the technology. Resumes that looked great until the candidate failed a system design question. Long submission cycles filled with mismatched profiles. Hiring managers stuck reviewing 30 resumes to find one who could actually do the job.
MapleFinIT was built to fix that. We're a specialist BFSI staffing firm — small by design — where every candidate is screened by someone who has actually built the systems they'll be placed into.
